Recruitment Process
- The recruitment process for our MBA program is designed to select highly motivated and qualified candidates who demonstrate leadership potential and a strong commitment to personal and professional growth. The process includes the following steps:
- Submit the Online Application: Start by contacting us to receive the application form. After contacting our school, the form will be sent to your email address. You can reach us at info@abadu.university.
- Document Review: Our admissions team will carefully review your application and documents to assess your qualifications, professional experience, and fit with the MBA program.
- Final Decision: After reviewing the documents, candidates will receive a final admission decision. Successful candidates will receive an offer letter and details about the enrollment process.
- Applications to our MBA program can be submitted at any time, as the program is available year-round, and students can begin their studies at a time that is convenient for them.
Required Documents
Completed application form (sent after contacting our school)
- Current CV/Resume
- Transcripts from completed studies (documents from higher education institutions) – if the transcripts are in a language other than English, they must be translated into English by a certified translator.
- One recommendation letter (preferably from someone in your professional network)
- GMAT or GRE scores (optional, but recommended for certain applicants)

Admission Requirements
To be admitted to our MBA program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s, Engineer’s, or Master’s Degree: Completed higher education studies (Bachelor’s, Engineering, Master’s, or equivalent) from an accredited institution. We accept graduates from various fields.
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant industry. Leadership experience is an additional advantage.
